MCHS Foundation

Since its inception in 2011, the Medical Center Health System Foundation has told the story of Medical Center Health System and gained continued community financial support to purchase new equipment while funding needed programs and services.

In 2015, the MCHS Foundation and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals together contributed $1,048,245 to MCHS. This is a 40 percent increase over the 2014 contributions. In addition, the MCHS Foundation committed $2.9 million toward the Pediatric Unit renovation project that will begin in April 2016. And, the Foundation received a $1.5 million gift from The Wood Family Foundation in 2015 to name 9 Central The Abdul Kadir, M.D., Stroke Center of Excellence.


Every dollar makes a difference in patients’ lives. During 2015, the Foundation raised $1,048,245.

• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Nurse Training
• Physical Therapist Training
